Watch My Full Set About Niagara Falls, Burger King, Subway Dancers & More

The above video is of my full set at Metropolitan Room on Friday, February 20th, 2015. I joked about Niagara Falls freezing over, my near-move to Chicago, Burger King’s new commercial for chicken nuggets, barbershops offering drinks before haircuts, and the Showtime subway dancers.

This was a nice lil’ Friday. I was mere hours away from having to cancel because it’s record-breaking cold in NYC, but a handful of friends came through in the clutch. One of said friends was the lovely lady who yelled, “Neal! It’s fireball!” clearly not fully comprehending my baller wordplay joke about hairy cocktails.

This was also the second time I broke out the Showtime subway dancers bit and it did better than the first. Does great in NYC, but probably won’t resonate for anyone anywhere else. I dunno, you tell me Rest of The World That Isn’t NYC, are there break-dancers on all subways?

This was a very laid back, intimate show that only saw about 8 comics do 6 minutes each. In and out of there in a little over an hour, way less than 2 hours, which is great. Audiences can only handle so much “new talent”.
