See Me with Myq Kaplan & Jessica Kirson at EastVille on July 1st

So, if you’ve been following my foul stench, you’ve probably noticed I haven’t done Gotham or Metropolitan in a while. I’ve been cycling through Stand Up NY, Eastville, and the Shannon (in Hoboken). My last appearance at Stand Up NY made me question life. Yet, I get a good feeling from the upcoming showcase produced by Alex Brizel at Eastville on Wednesday, July 1st at 9pm. It’s called “Your Showcase of Showcases“. Previous shows have featured Gary Gulman, Chris Lamberth, Joe List, Sam Morril, Mark Normand and many other professional joke machines. Why go to THIS showcase of showcases? Because Jessica Kirson and Myq Kaplan are performing. I saw Jess live at Gotham one night. She was a frenetic freight train from hell.

I’ve never seen Myq live, but I’ve seen his stand-up special is on Netflix. Haven’t watched it yet, though. If you have any doubts, just watch his late night appearances on Letterman, Conan, and Ferguson or the clips below:
